Prospective
authors are invited to submit their draft paper in full
paper online. It is our target that the reviewing process
and the result notification for each submitted manuscript
can be completed within a month from its submission.
The
camera-ready manuscripts that will be submitted after
notification of acceptance can be prepared with the template
above. The submitted files, both draft and camera-ready
manuscripts, can only be in PDF format.
